**Job Title:** Education Assistant - Primary Sector

**Job Overview:

As an Education Assistant - Primary Sector, you will be responsible for providing support to teachers and students in a primary school setting. This may involve working in general classroom support roles or providing one-to-one assistance.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons to students.
  • Assist students with SEN in a supportive and inclusive manner.
  • Help maintain a safe and orderly classroom, adhering to all relevant health and safety guidelines.

**Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience supporting children in a KS1 or KS2 setting.
  • Clear understanding of the National Curriculum and its application in a primary school context.
  • Strong behaviour management skills, with the ability to work effectively with challenging students.
  • Possession of an enhanced DBS certificate, or willingness to undergo one.
