Data Analytics Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Strategist to join our team at G-Research. As a key member of our workforce analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and influencing organisational decisions by harnessing the power of data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the deployment and maintenance of key organisational data sources while ensuring a high level of data accuracy and integrity across all systems.
  • Conduct advanced data analysis to uncover trends, correlations, and insights from diverse data sets, synthesising findings to provide actionable recommendations for improving organisational effectiveness, engagement, and culture.
  • Translate complex data into clear, concise, and compelling reports and presentations for executive stakeholders, including the C-suite.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and evolve the organisation's diagnostic tools, leveraging data to continually improve their relevance and effectiveness.
  • Act as a thought leader, advising senior leadership on the implications of data findings and how they can be leveraged to achieve key business goals.


Requirements:
  • A Master's or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Organisational Psychology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in data analysis, preferably in a consulting or organisational development context.
  • Proficiency in statistical software and data visualisation tools.
  • Strong experience with organisational diagnostics and the ability to communicate complex data insights to executive audiences.
