We are seeking an experienced and talented Fundraising Manager to join our dynamic team at the Ella Dawson Foundation. As a key member of our senior team, you will play a leading role in implementing and delivering our fundraising strategy, driving sustainable financial growth and stability, and helping us achieve our mission to support young adults with cancer.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, deliver, and monitor our fundraising strategy, working closely with the senior team to achieve our goals.
- Undertake detailed research to identify and prioritize relevant trusts and foundations, and write compelling and successful grant applications.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with trusts and foundations, and lead on stewardship and engagement.
- Work with the CEO to develop and deliver successful corporate partner engagement plans, and establish systems and procedures for proactive stewardship.
- Assist with the establishment of a CRM database, and assume responsibility for maintaining accurate data capture, regular stewardship, and communications with our supporters.
- Deliver presentations to businesses, community partners, donors, supporters, and ambassadors, and develop creative and innovative ways to engage new supporters, businesses, donors, and partners.
- Lead and participate in our annual fundraising events, and contribute to the development of our overall fundraising strategy.
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of income generation, meeting and exceeding targets, and experience in developing new fundraising pipelines. You will have strong written skills, the ability to develop compelling and successful grant applications, and experience of working with CRM systems. You will also have demonstrated success in effective grant stewardship and corporate account management, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and databases.
We are passionate about our cause and are looking for someone who shares our commitment to supporting young adults with cancer and their families. You will have excellent written, verbal communication, and relationship management skills, and be able to manage multi-faceted priorities, work collaboratively as part of a team, and demonstrate high levels of personal integrity.
