Senior Physiotherapist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Nuffield Health Exeter Hospital. As a key member of our Physiotherapy department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our team.

About the Role

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide expert physiotherapy services to patients with a wide range of post-operative conditions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality, effective clinical care to patients
  • Working collaboratively with nurses, AHPS, and consultants to optimize patient outcomes
  • Ensuring ongoing monitoring of treatment standards and participating in clinical audit and quality assurance processes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, with registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP)
  • A minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience, with a high level of orthopaedic knowledge and experience working on an inpatient ward
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals
  • Protected CPD time, access to local in-service training programs, and opportunities for further professional development
