Job Summary

Gleeson Development Ltd is seeking a skilled site labourer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general site duties, pre-boarding, and CML works as required by the Site Manager.

Main Responsibilities
  • Unload deliveries safely and efficiently, working with delivery companies and forklift drivers.
  • Ensure the site canteen and staff welfare facilities are clean and tidy, and properties are cleared prior to CML inspection and occupation.
  • Prepare plots for inspection stages, including pre-board inspection and CML works, and other inspection stages as required.
  • Advise the Site Manager of sub-contractors leaving properties in an unacceptable condition and report any damage to materials during off-loading.
  • Monitor and report on safety requirements, including PPE and health and safety procedures.
  • Undertake straightforward maintenance items in occupied properties in a clean, tidy, and courteous manner.
  • Ensure site security, both individually and collectively, and comply with health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous skilled labouring experience.
  • Up-to-date relevant industry knowledge, specifically with NHBC requirements.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable.
  • Reliable and in possession of an in-date CSCS card.
