Our client is a leading dealer group representing well-respected brands across London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Suffolk, and Essex. They are seeking a skilled Transaction Manager to join their team in Romford.
Key Responsibilities:
The Transaction Manager will facilitate sales, finance options, insurance, and warranties to valued customers. This role requires a customer-centric mindset, strong communication skills, and attention to detail to ensure exceptional customer experience.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Transaction Manager in the automotive industry
- Financial acumen with a proven track record of achieving results
- A sound knowledge of FCA standards, consumer legislation, and trade practices
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, combined with an eye for detail and a strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Full and valid UK driving license
