Job Summary

As a Key Holder at Levi Strauss & Co., you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the sales team to achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of visual standards across the store, assisting with deliveries and organization of the stock room, and opening and closing the store when senior managers are absent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through teamwork and living our brand values
  • Support Store Management team with daily tasks and store duties
  • Motivate and support the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and hit personal targets
  • Offer guidance and direction to the sales team to assist with their development and ensure KPIs are being met
  • Maintain strong visual standards across the store
  • Assist with deliveries and organization of the stock room
  • Responsible for opening and closing the store when senior managers are absent

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who shares our values, is passionate about the brand, and has experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within retail. You should have strong customer service skills, be a team player, and be able to support the management team where needed. Experience in managing a team on the shop floor is also essential.
