Job Purpose

The IT Manager role is responsible for delivering a stable and interactive IT platform that seamlessly integrates with the company's accounting systems. This involves developing the system to meet future needs, including data flow to accounting systems and daily site reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a stable baseline system at Head Office and Site level in collaboration with the IT Team.
  • Ensure site security and configuration align with company policies and Cyber Essentials.
  • Oversee new site installations and disposals, including ordering EPOS and Back Office equipment and disposing of equipment securely.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with 3rd party providers, including Bit Solutions, MADIC, telecoms, EFT Terminals, and TeamViewer.
  • Enhance Head Office system capabilities, focusing on price file management, direct managed data access, and business decision-making data access.
  • Assist the Head of IT in leading the development and integration of future initiatives across functions.
  • Support the Head of IT in leading cost reduction and benefit delivery programs across Epos and Telecoms.
  • Contribute to the development of all budgets and forecasts as required by the board.
  • Manage online content functionality, including the website, social media, and on-site content.
  • Participate in developing IT Retail initiatives that drive value to the business.
