About the RoleAs a New Business Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company's membership base. Your primary focus will be on building strong client relationships, providing tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional service to meet client needs.
You will be part of a dynamic team that values positive culture and teamwork. The office features a pool table and darts board, creating a relaxed and enjoyable work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive membership growth.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Actively participate in team discussions and meetings.
- Grow the client base through networking and social media engagement.
- Negotiate and close sales, addressing objections effectively.
- Keep the CRM system up-to-date with client information and activities.
- Track and report key performance indicators monthly.
- Assist members with inquiries and claims.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service.
- Comfortable with outbound sales calls and working towards targets.
- Highly motivated and driven to achieve results.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
