About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Learning Mentor Specialist to work with us at TeacherActive. As a Learning Mentor Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting Looked After Children in achieving their academic potential.


Main Responsibilities
  • To deliver core skills in English, Maths, and behaviour specialists to pupils.
  • To provide 1-1 support to pupils who require additional learning assistance.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A minimum of 6 months experience working within an educational environment.
  • Experience working with vulnerable young people in the care system and those with SEN.
