About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction cycle of our developments, ensuring all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.

The ideal candidate will have relevant previous site experience gained building Residential Apartments and New Homes, and hold a CSCS Card and be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.

The successful candidate will be assertive and calm under pressure to meet numerous construction deadlines, whilst liaising with a wide range of external suppliers, specialists and in-house teams to achieve critical objectives, without compromising quality standards in any way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Site Manager with the entire construction cycle
  • Manage all aspects of the building site, including health and safety issues, trades and material co-ordination, site presentation and cost control
  • Assist in ensuring the continued success of Churchill Estates Management Ltd's desirable developments
