Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team at SYNETIQ Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting vehicle inspections, diagnoses, repairs, and road testing to ensure all defects are resolved.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting thorough vehicle inspections and diagnoses using computer-based diagnostic equipment.
  • Carrying out mechanical repairs and replacements, including cambelt changes and suspension repairs.
  • Road testing vehicles to ensure mechanical repairs meet high standards.
  • Following strict health and safety procedures to ensure workplace safety.
  • Providing accurate documentation and reporting to management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Mechanic with a strong understanding of mechanical repairs.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree or equivalent in automotive engineering (desired).
  • Full UK driving license is essential.
