Our client offers a diverse range of building services, encompassing construction, refurbishment, mechanical and electrical work, planned and responsive maintenance, regeneration, and restoration. Due to company growth, they are seeking a skilled Fabrication Specialist to cover areas such as Kent, South London, North London, and the South East.

This role offers a competitive salary of £34,000 - £36,000, 28 days of holiday including bank holidays, and a van and fuel card for business use.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Minor building repairs and maintenance
  • Minor plumbing repairs
  • Carpentry works, including door replacement, fixing, and repairing locks, as well as other furniture
  • Plumbing installations
  • Fabric installation

Requirements for the role include:

  • A full UK driver's license
  • Experience as a Fabrication Specialist or similar role is essential
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
