Join Our Team as an Early Years Practitioner

At Bright Horizons, we are committed to providing high-quality childcare services to children aged 3 months to 5 years. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team in Cambridge.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Early Years Practitioner to work in our nursery settings. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing engaging activities tailored to each child's needs, promoting child welfare, and developing strong parent/ carer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement engaging activities to encourage child development and key milestones
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers
  • Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, and safety
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and safe environment

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a recognized UK/overseas childcare qualification, experience working in childcare as a Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar role, and already holding a Skilled Worker visa and working in the UK.
