Senior Early Years Educator

We are seeking a Senior Early Years Educator to join our vibrant day nursery team in the Clapham area. If you're committed to delivering high-quality early years education and care, while supporting a dynamic team, we want to hear from you.
This nursery strives to provide the children with the best resources, environments, and learning support to allow them to discover their individuality and develop and grow into content, confident, healthy, and curious people. It has a great outdoor space that provides a place where imagination comes to life, and for children to plant their own vegetables, herbs, plants, and flowers. They also have interactive extra-curricular activities including languages, music and sports.
As the Senior Early Years Educator, your responsibilities will include understanding and meeting the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS, as well as ensuring compliance with various regulatory bodies and nursery standards and policy. You will support the management team in smooth day to day running of the nursery and help and encourage the team to develop their skills and knowledge.
