Culinary Leadership Opportunity

Dish Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Head Chef to lead our culinary team in Huddersfield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a small team of chefs, developing and implementing menus, and ensuring high-quality food standards are met.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a daily rate of £15 and enjoy great benefits, including competitive pay, a good work-life balance, and a pension scheme.

Responsibilities
  • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision
  • Lead by example to maintain high-quality food standards and promote a positive work environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in a fresh food led cafe or restaurant
  • A calm and composed personality to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong kitchen management skills, including rotas, budgets, and menu planning
