Culinary Director
A competitive salary of £35,000 per annum is offered for this opportunity to lead our kitchen team as a Culinary Director at Dish Hospitality.

We are seeking an innovative and passionate leader to oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes to high standards in a well-equipped kitchen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating new menus using seasonal and local produce, developing and implementing menu concepts that consider customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in menu development, costings, and P&L accounts.
