Job Title: Deputy Education Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Education Manager to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in managing the curriculum, developing the quality of teaching, and ensuring that independent school standards are met.

About the Role:

  • Assist the Education Manager in managing the curriculum and developing the quality of teaching.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure that independent school standards are met.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies to support students with special educational needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher with experience of teaching at secondary level.

  • Experience within an SEN setting.
