Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Education Manager to join our team at Teaching Personnel. This is a new role within the senior leadership, and the successful candidate will assist the Education Manager in managing the curriculum, developing the quality of teaching, and ensuring that independent school standards are met.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dedicated and supportive team and make a positive difference to the lives of children who may have been educationally overlooked. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership experience within a school, with a strong background in teaching at secondary level and experience within an SEN setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Education Manager in managing the curriculum and developing the quality of teaching
  • Ensure that independent school standards are met
  • Work as part of a dedicated and supportive team
  • Make a positive difference to the lives of children who may have been educationally overlooked
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher
  • Proven leadership experience within a school
  • Experience of teaching at secondary level
  • Ability to prepare and deliver appropriate curriculum using a range of teaching styles and methodologies
  • Experience within an SEN setting
