The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our KGF Epping facility. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for all operations associated with the company's products in accordance with the distribution plan. This includes direct supervision of inbound, outbound, sorting, put aways and picking, ensuring strict hygiene conditions are maintained with all products during operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all operations associated with the load out of the company's products in accordance with the distribution plan.
- Ensure strict hygiene conditions are maintained with all products during sorting, breaking down, load out and distribution operations.
- Ensure strict security and safety is maintained over the site and all products during PM operations.
- Workforce planning and organisation of training, development and coaching for new and existing employees.
- Continuous improvement and implementing change within the warehouse team.
- Developing, achieving and maintaining loading schedules.
- Delivering clear and consistent communication across teams.
About You
- Previous experience managing a team in warehouse or logistics environments.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and experience with AX Dynamics desirable.
- People management/leadership.
- Experience in supply chain and inventory control.
- Knowledge of WHS requirements.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Results and solutions driven.
