Job Description

As a Community Footcare Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality podiatry services to patients in community settings. You will work autonomously, assessing and treating patients with a wide range of podiatric conditions, including musculoskeletal issues and wound management.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a clinical caseload of clients with complex needs using evidence-based client-centered principles.
  • Developing treatment plans and signposting patients as appropriate for routine and complex health problems.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Key Requirements
  • BSc (Hons) Podiatry or equivalent qualification.
  • HCPC registration.
  • LA Certificate.
  • Evidence of current relevant CPD.
  • Supplementary or Independent Prescriber status.
