About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Renewables Technical Designer to join our design team at Infinity Energy Services Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing solar systems using PV_SOL and managing the entire customer lifecycle from initial contact to system handover.

Your primary responsibilities will include liaising with prospective customers, discussing quotations, and educating them on the benefits of solar installation. You will also work closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to maintain seamless customer relationships.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a natural relationship-builder with strong verbal and written communication skills. A passion for renewable products and experience working with domestic customers are also essential. Additionally, you will need to be able to problem-solve and have computer literacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing solar systems using PV_SOL
  • Managing the customer lifecycle from initial contact to system handover
  • Liaising with prospective customers and discussing quotations
  • Working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams
