About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Designer to join our design team. As a Technical Designer, you will be responsible for designing solar systems using PV_SOL and managing the entire customer lifecycle from initial contact and proposal through to system handover to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Designing solar systems using PV_SOL
  2. Managing customer relationships and ensuring SLAs are met
  3. Liaising with prospective customers and educating them on the benefits of solar installation
  4. Working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to maintain seamless customer relationships
Requirements
  1. Natural relationship-builder with strong verbal and written communication skills
  2. Passionate about renewable products
  3. Experience working with domestic customers
  4. Ability to problem-solve and think critically
  5. Computer literacy and proficiency in PV_SOL
