Debt Recovery Executive

Austin Fraser is excited to offer an exciting opportunity for a Debt Recovery Executive to join our team in Waterlooville, Hampshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing debt recovery, resolving credit control queries, and escalating problematic accounts to the Senior Credit Controller.

This role involves communicating with customers via telephone and email to collect mixed value aged and current debt in a timely manner.

We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and results-driven individual who can work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Raising of proforma invoices, invoices, and credit notes;
2. Collecting mixed value aged and current debt by telephone and email;
3. Resolving all associated credit control queries;
4. Escalating problematic accounts to the Senior Credit Controller;

Salary Information: The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
