About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swimming Instructor to join our team at Wigan Council. As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to school groups, LTS programmes, Parent & Child lessons, and one-to-one lessons.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for teaching swimming and a talent for meeting individual needs. You will also need to be an approachable and positive role model, with a fun and engaging approach to teaching. Flexibility and adaptability are essential, as you will need to work a variety of hours and establish excellent relationships with customers and potential customers.
