About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Rikama Education. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with moderate learning difficulties and/or HI or students with ASD in a post-16 environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and support students' learning needs, working closely with them to develop strategies to access the curriculum.
  • Provide individualized support to students aged 16 to 20, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive and inclusive learning environment.
