Job Overview:

Care New England Health System is seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality radiographic services to patients.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a strong foundation in radiologic technology, including knowledge of radiation safety protocols and quality control procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate radiographic equipment, ensuring accurate and efficient imaging results.
  • Evaluate and process radiographs for radiologists and surgeons.
  • Assist with procedures such as film programming and contrast injection.
  • Greet and reassure patients, explaining exams to put them at ease.
  • Respond to emergency after-hour callbacks.

Qualifications:

A minimum of an Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology, one year of job-related experience, CPR certification, and ARRT registration are required for this role.

Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $63,000-$73,000 based on national averages and industry standards.
