Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lawyer to join our team at Mack Legal | In-house Legal Recruitment. As a Senior Commercial Lawyer, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating software licence agreements and service agreements.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to build out your skill set across corporate and other legal matters across a global platform. You will work closely with the largest financial institutions in the world and have the opportunity to broaden and develop your legal skills in other areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating software licence agreements and service agreements
  • Providing commercial legal advice to the business
  • Working closely with the General Counsel to develop and implement legal strategies
  • Managing and prioritizing efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts ideally within the information technology sector. You will also need commercial acumen and agility.
