About the Role

Are you a creative and driven individual with a passion for crafting compelling content? Do you have experience in developing and implementing effective tone of voice strategies?

This exciting opportunity has arisen at TalkTalk Telecom, where we are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist to join our dynamic brand team.

In this role, you will be responsible for owning and championing our brand voice, working closely with stakeholders across the business to develop and deliver engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive tone of voice strategy that aligns with our brand values and messaging.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to create high-quality content that meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with our UX designers, researchers, and product owners to ensure consistency and accessibility in all content.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation and marketing.
  • Conduct regular audits of our content estate to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in content creation, preferably in a tech environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful tone of voice strategies.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including:
