About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parking Attendant. As a key member of our frontline team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our parking services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrolling public streets and car parks to ensure compliance with parking regulations
  • Providing clear and concise information to customers regarding parking options and restrictions
  • Issuing tickets to vehicles parked in contravention of parking regulations
  • Reporting suspected abandoned vehicles to the relevant authorities
  • Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
