About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parking Attendant. As a key member of our frontline team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our parking services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patrolling public streets and car parks to ensure compliance with parking regulations
  • Advising the public on parking options and providing information on parking restrictions
  • Issuing tickets to vehicles parked in contravention of parking regulations
  • Reporting suspected abandoned vehicles to the relevant authorities
  • Dealing with enquiries from the public in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Customer-focused and able to provide excellent customer service
  • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays
