Overview of the Arcade Host Role

As a key member of our Inspired team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience in our arcade venues. Your passion for customer engagement and service will shine through in your interactions with guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable time and leave feeling satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Listen to customer issues and resolve problems in a polite, helpful, and efficient manner
  • Ensure the arcade is clean, attractive, and well-merchandised
  • Ensure the arcade is a safe and welcoming place for holiday makers of all ages
  • Perform basic maintenance of arcade machines
  • Assist in the prize shop by exchanging tickets for prizes
  • Pass on and report any relevant information to supervisors and managers
