Job Title: Care Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Team Lead to join our team at Bluebird Care Mid-South. As a Care Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients in Chichester, Epsom, Reigate, Sussex Weald, and Sutton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the performance of care assistants and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent care delivery.
  • Conduct quality reviews at clients' homes to ensure our services meet company standards.
  • Develop and implement individually tailored care plans that respect clients' wishes and promote their dignity and privacy.
  • Monitor electronic Medication Administration Records (MAR) charts and take necessary actions.
  • Collaborate with clients, their families, and representatives, as well as other healthcare professionals and staff to deliver exceptional care services.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the care industry.
  • Full and valid UK driving license.
  • Access to a car.
