The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pastoral Supervisor to join our team, providing critical support for students across the school. As a key member of the Pastoral Team, you will play a vital role in managing pastoral issues, supporting vital projects, and collaborating with staff to ensure the well-being of our students.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral support to students, addressing individual needs and concerns
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement effective pastoral strategies
• Support anti-bullying initiatives and other vital pastoral projects
• Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Pastoral experience within a school environmentA good understanding of strategies to support students pastorallyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults
