The Role

We are seeking a Pastoral Supervisor to join our team, providing critical support for students across the school and contributing to the Pastoral Team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a school environment and a strong understanding of pastoral support strategies, including conflict resolution, student welfare, and community engagement.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing pastoral issues that arise during the school day, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all students.
  • Supporting vital pastoral projects, including Anti-Bullying and Girls on Board initiatives.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to support students pastorally, promoting their academic, social, and emotional wellbeing.
