E3 Recruitment seeks an experienced I&E Engineer to ensure the ongoing functionality of plant and process equipment. As a highly skilled professional, you will provide technical assistance and support to the site's I&E Team.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a globally leading chemical manufacturing company located in Lincolnshire, offering a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: You will be responsible for managing inventory and sourcing of I&E equipment spares, updating spares systems and SAP.
  • Instrumentation and Electrical Instructions: Produce and revise Instrument and Electrical Instructions (IEIs) regularly.
  • Shutdown Support: Support shutdowns with emergent procedures, identify alternative spares, and adapt to flexible shift patterns.
  • Management Of Change: Lead Management Of Change processes, conduct risk assessments, and update documentation for I&E specification changes.
  • SHEQ Incident Investigations: Oversee SHEQ incident investigations, submit findings, and follow up on actions, including root cause analysis.
  • Asset Management System: Develop and implement the Asset Management System (AMS), supervise small projects, ensure compliance, and support proof testing and capital project scoping.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrument, or Control Engineering.
  • Chartered status preferred.
  • Expertise in process design, calculations, and commissioning.
  • Strong understanding of UK Health and Safety legislation.
  • NEBOSH Certificate desirable.
