Our team plays a vital role in providing comprehensive support to students with diverse learning difficulties or disabilities, ensuring they have equal access to educational opportunities offered by the College.
Your Responsibilities:- Provide invaluable classroom assistance to learners across our Hemel and Watford campuses.
- Collaborate closely with teaching staff to tailor support strategies that meet the unique needs of each student.
- Deliver engaging and effective interventions both online and in person, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Contribute to annual review meetings by gathering relevant information and demonstrating your understanding of Education Health Plans (EHPs).
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with students from diverse backgrounds.
- A commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Minimum qualification of Level 3 or equivalent.
- Prior experience working with 16- to 19-year-olds and/or adults with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities.
