About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and kind individual to join our team as a Caregiver. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility.
  • Assist clients with their daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks for clients, taking into account any dietary restrictions or preferences.
  • Engage clients in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being, such as exercise, hobbies, and social interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and progress, including medication administration and any changes to client condition.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a focus on promoting client dignity and respect.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to scheduling and client needs.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, with the ability to travel to clients' homes.
  • Basic first aid and CPR certification, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
