The REED Specialist Recruitment team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior QHSE Specialist to join their team in Ballyclare. This role involves assisting in the delivery of quality, health, safety, and environmental protocols across various locations in NI, GB, and ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits and site inspections across the Group's locations.
- Regularly carry out checks and update records to monitor compliance with ISO standards and internal auditing procedures.
- Manage documentation related to sub-contractors and contractors, including organizing and delivering inductions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar QHSE role.
- Experience working to ISO standards and internal auditing procedures.
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload effectively.
Salary & Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary (£35,000 - £40,000 per annum) and a range of benefits, including 32 days holiday per year, fully funded healthcare cash plan, employee perks, opportunities for CPD and career progression, long service recognition, and free on-site car parking.
