Kitchen Assistant

Sodexo is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Porter to join our team in LVS Ascot, London Road, Ascot, SL5 8DR. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness within the kitchen and food & beverage preparation areas.
As a Kitchen Porter, you will be responsible for washing all crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and equipment, as well as ensuring that floors, walls, bins, and delivery areas are kept clean and tidy to a very high standard.
You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety of working areas, adhering to all health and safety, fire, hygiene, and COSHH regulations, and reporting any accidents or near misses to the Chef.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, professionalism, and respect for others. Basic food-handling skills and the ability to lift heavy items and work in a standing position for long periods of time are also essential.
