Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Kitchen Porter to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness within the kitchen and food & beverage preparation areas.
Key Responsibilities- Wash and sanitize all crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and equipment, as well as food service equipment.
- Ensure that floors, walls, bins, and other areas are kept clean and tidy to a very high standard.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of working areas, adhering to all health and safety, fire, hygiene, and COSHH regulations.
- Report any accidents or near misses to the Chef and any equipment or chemical shortages to the Supervisor.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and respect for others.
- Basic food-handling skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items and work in a standing position for long periods of time.
