Welcome to 345 Technology, a high-performing company with a great team of colleagues who strive to meet company vision and values. We are seeking a skilled Finance Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis, ideally 4 hours per day, with flexibility on working hours.
The Finance Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the financial records of our business. This includes recording financial transactions, maintaining accurate ledgers, reconciling bank statements, and producing financial reports. The successful candidate will require a high level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Reconcile bank accounts daily.
- Reconcile VAT, payroll taxes at the end of each month.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations monthly.
- Monitor financial transactions and reports.
- Prepare monthly client invoices.
- Assist with the preparation of the monthly reporting and Board pack.
- Reconcile invoice discounting facility and accounts receivable and maintain credit control process.
- Process accounts payable payments weekly and handle payroll in a timely manner.
- Maintain an organised and streamlined accounting system.
- Provide administrative support to management as needed.
- Protect organisation's value by keeping information confidential.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
- Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- AAT qualified.
