Job Title: Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Emmerson Ross Recruitment. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling luxury goods, including hot tubs, swim spas, exercise pools, saunas, and steam rooms, to customers who visit our showroom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact customers who have made an enquiry online and book appointments to visit the showroom
  • Answer phone calls from customers looking for more information on our products and previous customers with support-related questions
  • Closing sales and using training provided to make product recommendations
  • Keep customer records up to date on our CRM system (Zoho)
  • Perform other general showroom-related duties
Requirements:
  • B2C sales experience
  • Proven experience of working with CRM systems and MS office
  • Great rapport building skills
  • Career progression opportunities

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000-£60,000 in a full-time role, as well as employee discounts, free parking, sick pay, and store discounts.
