Culinary Support Specialist

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting meals to the highest standards, ensuring a safe and clean environment for our customers and staff. Your strong work ethic and attention to detail will enable you to maximise sales and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present meals to a high standard, ensuring excellent presentation and quality
- Ensure adequate stock levels and advise management of any shortages
- Be aware of site promotions and menu offers
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented to a satisfactory level
- Comply with all Food Safety Regulations and health & safety rules
- Ensure all kitchen and restaurant activities are carried out in a clean and safe manner
- Wear protective clothing and equipment
- Reduce waste and control expenditure by correctly portioning food
- Adhere to site standards at all times
- Identify potential equipment breakdowns and notify management
Qualifications and Skills:
- Basic Health and Safety qualifications and a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work well under pressure
- A knowledgeable background in catering operations is desirable
