Juice Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Trowbridge. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be the first point of contact for the agency, managing clients face-to-face, electronically, and over the phone. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for property.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Register applicants and identify opportunities for valuation and viewings
  • Book valuations and viewings
  • Work closely with the sales and lettings departments to achieve business goals

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in an estate agency or a similar customer service role is preferred but not essential
  • A passion for property and a strong understanding of the local market
  • Confident and professional communication skills
  • Great attention to detail and highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • A full driving license and access to a car for viewings
