**Job Description:** We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Norton Fitzwarren. Your primary responsibility will be to provide person-centered care and support to our clients, promoting their independence and dignity. This role requires flexibility, including working 3 shifts a week, including weekends, from 19:30 to 07:30.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and families. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality care services.
