Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with a child on a 1:1 basis, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their academic and personal goals.

  • Collaborate with the teacher to ensure that all work set is delivered and planned in line with the child's ability.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the child and the school.

Requirements:

  • Recent experience working with children, ideally in a SEN setting.
  • Ability to work on a 1:1 basis with a child and provide individualized support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the child and the school.
