About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Regional Manager to lead our supported living services in the East Midlands. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing services that provide high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities and associated care needs.

Your main responsibilities will include leading a team of managers, promoting collaboration, business growth and development, and delivering exceptional levels of quality and compliance. You will also build strong relationships with those we support, their families, and external partners, and promote choice, dignity, and respect, as well as person centred care and support.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of social care regulations and standards, and experience managing multi-site operations across CQC regulated services for supported living and residential care. They will also have financial acumen, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 4/5/7 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. In return for your exceptional skills, knowledge, and experience, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, flexible home-based working with travel across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, and continued investment in your personal and professional development.
