**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative NPD Technologist to join our client's innovative team, where they are dedicated to driving business growth through innovative product development.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Contribute to the development of new and innovative products, from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with retail customers and ingredient suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Manager to source new ingredients, create comparative samples, and organize blind taste panels.
- Analyze customer briefs, identify development opportunities, and develop new recipes and formats.
- Work with the development kitchen to produce samples, organize taste panels, and redevelop products as needed.
**Key Skills:**
- A strong interest in food trends and a good understanding of product development processes within the food manufacturing industry.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage development projects and work in cross-functional teams.
- Good presentation skills for new products to customers.
- A Food Degree or STEM Degree, with a driving license and UK right to work required.
**What We Offer:**
A competitive salary of up to £33k, a company pension scheme, healthcare, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, employer pension contribution up to 6%, and an 8% personal bonus.
