Join Our Team as a NPD Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated NPD Technologist to join our team at Major Recruitment. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and commercially viable products for our customers.

About the Role:

  • Develop new products from concept to launch, working closely with the NPD Manager and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with factory operations to ensure smooth production and quality control.
  • Conduct sensory evaluations and product testing to ensure products meet customer expectations.
  • Work with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and materials.
  • Develop and maintain product specifications, recipes, and production processes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Food Science or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Development or Food Technologist.
  • Strong understanding of factory processes and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
